Perfectly Imperfect. Better Together.

A community rooted in movement, nature, nourishment, and real human connection. From group hikes and calisthenics meetups to thoughtfully curated dinners and shared experiences, we're bringing people together to slow down, get outside, move with intention, and enjoy the present moment.

The Beauty Is in Being Human.

Life is messy, unpredictable, beautiful, and imperfect. We believe wellness should make room for all of it.

You don't need to have everything figured out to belong here. You don't need to be the fittest, healthiest, or most enlightened person in the room.

Just show up as yourself.

Nature — Get outside. Ground yourself. Reconnect.

Movement — Feel strong, capable, and alive in your body.

Nourishment — Eat intentionally. Share generously.

Connection — Build friendships that go beyond the surface.

Presence — Slow down. Be here. Enjoy the moment.

Wellness Is Better Together.

We believe wellness isn't about having the perfect routine, the perfect body, or the perfect life.

It's about how you feel. How you show up. The people you surround yourself with. The moments that make you feel grounded, connected, and alive.

(im)perfect Wellness Club was created to bring people together in real life. To step away from screens and distractions and reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

Through movement, nature, nourishing meals, and shared experiences, we're creating space for authentic friendships, meaningful conversations, and a more intentional way of living.

Because sometimes the best thing you can do for your well-being is get outside, move your body, share a meal, and be around good people.

We're not chasing perfection. We're creating connection.

Our Founder

Troy Blyden

Troy's journey has taken him from the Harlem Globetrotters to building a community around wellness, movement, and real human connection.

Today, he's a content creator, model, and community leader who brings people together through nature - organising community hikes across the US and creating spaces where wellness feels less about perfection and more about showing up.

He's also the founder of (im)perfect wellness club, built around that same idea.

Movement, community, nature, and a much more human approach to wellness.
